When I talk about peace, I may be using a different concept than what you are accustomed to. I don’t believe you can fight for peace. Nor can you defend yourself for peace. Nor can peace be purchased, owned or used for any purpose. Peace, according to my concept, is the natural state of humankind; we are children of a benevolent Creator. Peace is our eternal home. Peace is God, Spirit, the One, whatever word you choose to call it. It is bigger than our minds can grasp. It just is.

The Adopt-A-Quality Program evolved as a vehicle for claiming and cultivating the qualities of peace that are already present within each of us. By claiming and energizing the quality (or qualities) we want to experience in a greater way, and then making a donation to IIWP in support of this action, we not only expand the peace within us as individuals, we become conduits for these qualities to flow out into the world, while also supporting the work and the mission of IIWP.
Peace gives unto peace as love gives unto love,
as light gives to light,
as laughter gives to laughter.

How do I participate with Adopt-A-Quality?
Look over the list of Qualities of Peace and choose (one or more) that you would like to energize and express more of in your life. These qualities have been charged by the IIWP founder, John-Roger, and/or blessed by our Spiritual Director, John Morton.
