The participants have amazing things to say about the classes.

"I am still in awe and amazed by the many ways Peace is present in my days or at least, how I am doing "peaceful choices" and the powerful results of those peaceful choices. I am living in a country that is really challenged by a political turmoil and a strong economical crisis. In times like these, having the opportunity of participating in creating more peace inner and outer is a blessing"

Introduction to Peace
An Outline of our E-mail Class

In the "Introduction to Peace" e-mail class, participants are introduced to, and utilize the four key principles to the process toward peace. During the class, participants explore each of these principles in their daily lives and learn how to apply them in simple but powerful ways. The three-week class offers the opportunity to focus on:

  • Peace is present.
  • Peace is a choice.
  • Dedicating Yourself to Peace.

This class is entirely done by e-mail. Students e-mail their responses to the class exercises to the other members of their class. Each class consists of 6-8 people. Six days are given to complete each class session at the student's convenience before receiving the next week's class assignments.
